The refrigerator works excellent it looks beautiful in the kitchen. Could somebody please explain how you remove all the plastic wrapping off the refrigerator when it is shipped? Once the plastic is removed it is impossible to remove the edges that are stuck under the rubber parts

It's noisy. Not obnoxious but it's noticeable and louder than my previous 15 year old LG. You would think the newer ones would be better. When I asked them at the place that I got it I was told this is normal for newer models. But my daughter just got a new Samsung and you can't hear it at all. The water dispenser is VERY slow. And no it's not because of my water pressure. My daughter's new Samsung can fill a container the same size in half the time. Maybe I should have gotten a Samsung. I had to completely remove a shelf to have room for taller items like gallon milk jugs, etc. So now I only have 2 shelves plus the bottom. Well, really only one and a half because one shelf doesn't go all the way across. And even the top shelf doesn't either because of the ice bin. So the only one that is the full width of the fridge is the one at the bottom that sits on top of the drawers. The shelf widths should be smaller to allow for more variations of placements which means more shelf space. The ice bin takes up a lot of room inside the fridge so the wider shelves mean limited options for placement. You also can't remove the glass from the shelves for cleaning. So small food particles can get stuck in the edges and sticky spills become permanently stuck. When it was delivered there was a clump of hard glue on the freezer door. The delivery man said to use Goo Gone but it didn't work because it was not sticky. It took me over a week to carefully remove it a little at a time with a straight edge so as not to scratch the surface. Just overall disappointed with what I paid for it plus had to wait 10 weeks for delivery with only a small working fridge in the garage (that was not fun!)

After owning a side x side frig for over 16 years, we finally decided to try the french door kind with the bottom freezer. We are happy with the bottom freezer. The model we bought has lots more room in the upper shelving part but not happy about the huge deli section because both doors have to be open to open the deli drawer. Otherwise, we are pleased with our purchase. For a large family this would be great!

I could not be happier with my new refrigerator. The french doors make it easy to put larger items in the refrigerator. Always room for a pizza box. The adjustable shelving makes adjustment very easy for different sized beverage containers. I also, love the freezer for much of the same reason. Easy to store large items, two tiered freezer makes keeping everything organized easy, and I love the special spot for the frozen pizzas.

My husband and I absolutely love our new fridge. It is so spacious compared to the side by side we had before it. The journey to getting this new fridge has been long. My husband and I are disabled veterans and about 5 years ago we had to file bankruptcy when he got out of the military. For the last 5 years, we have scrimped and saved just to afford the essentials, but this year, our bankruptcy is finally over and we can breathe again. So, we have started upgrading our appliances. First, we bought a deep freezer and it was a white Frigidaire, next we bought a white Frigidaire dishwasher, then we bought this fridge and a stove, both white Frigidaire models. We also very recently bought another deep freezer that is also a white Frigidaire model, that will be delivered on Wednesday this week. We are a Frigidaire family for sure.

Our new refrigerator looks very nice and is both spacious and convenient. While we have the same amount of food, this refrigerator looks much less full than our previous one. We love the indoor water and ice dispenser. And the delivery and installation was excellent.

Have had the refrigerator for about two weeks and everything with the storage space and cooling works as advertised. However, I've seen a few posts about the seal around the freezer door and I have the same issue. It allows cold air to escape and moisture forms on the brackets holding the refrigerator doors and some frost forms on the seal. Another customer wrote about constant running of the compressor... I seem to have that too, but not sure if it is related to the sealing issue (since the literature that came with it said it would make different noises that are normal). Until this this issue gets resolved, I'm moderately satisfied with the product.

Plastic encased visible from the outside of the refrigerate that doesn't come off easy or not at all is unsightly. However, overall, I am very pleased, so far with my purchase. I compared it with other brands in the store and felt it met my needs the best, and appeared better built than the others. Was glad it was offered in white, too. Most other brands are not.

While not quite as large as our dead refrigerator, the depth within the door shelves makes reaching the back of the refrigerator a little easier as it is consequently, not quite as deep. I bought two very deep bins that make the far back easier to use (i.e. reach the foods in them). Lady arms are just not long enough.

We bought this refrigerator for our new house. It was a tough decision with so many on the market that had the options we wanted. It had to have water and ice on the door and a crushed ice function. We needed drawers for veggies and deli items. This one has all those functions and we really have enjoyed all those functions immensely! It really keeps all our veggies crisp and deli items cold. We highly recommend this refrigerator!

Greatest delivery service ever! Totally amazed how the 2 young men lifted the old side by side out and down 5 steps and brought in a new French door up the 5 steps and they only used the lift straps! Super professional and fast. Above excellent!!HOWEVER- there are 2 plastic pieces that I have no idea where they go. Part # A152544 is not listed in my manual and I can™™t find it on line . This refrigerator is spacious inside. The crisper drawers are much larger than those in the Whirlpool unit it replaced. We like the shape of the ice which is cube shaped. The other unit created half moon shaped ice.

We love our new refrigerator, it's clean lines look very sleek in my kitchen. I wanted white, and since manufacturers think (narrow mindedly) that no one wants white, this was one of the few choices I had, but since I've had good luck with Frigidaire in the past, I was fine with it. It was frustrating that I had to suffer through two deliveries of this refrigerator that I couldn't accept as they were damaged at the factory so severely that it would hinder the operation of the appliance. After the second damaged one, the delivery person was very helpful and said he would request the white glove treatment on the reorder. He came through for us, as the third delivery was without damage! I love the small ice cubes the ice maker makes, and there's always lots of it! It has a very sturdy feel on the inside, the door bins & drawers are made of heavy duty material. The light inside is very bright, allowing you to easily see what's in there.Overall I'm very happy with this purchase.

Two door seals had to be replaced one on fridge portion was cut and freezer seal had a 6 inch long gap and was causing severe frost build up inside freezer where gap was the new seals are sealing betterRefridge feet levelers/ adjusters wouldnt adjust enough had to put shims under one side..Floor completely level old frigidaire side by side leveled just fine . Water dispenser takes 20secs for water to stop dripping after done dispensing.water (what a mess).after you stop dispensing water If you open dispenser side of door the same amount of water pours out immediately overflowing drain reservoirThe store has been alerted and a valve has been ordered. door seals have been replaced already by retailer. Not sure what to think about feet levelers.when floor is level spoke with separate retailer about that they said the fridges get bounced around alot during shipping even though they are carefully packaged they still can be tweaked from loadingand unloading. Whats odd as well is the seal issue, feet levelers adjuster issue and dispenser issue are all on same side of unit.

Truth be told, we were looking to replace a counter depth unit, in white, non-Samsung, and they were almost impossible to find. Our local dealer pointed us to this Frigidaire unit, which is definitely larger, but in our case was not a deal breaker. If you read other reviews that it runs a bit on the noisier side, that's a fair observation, and might be a consideration if you have an open floor plan with your family room open to your kitchen area (as an example), but after a week or so, we really didn't notice it anymore. We like the extra storage it offers compared to the counter depth, and the ice maker has worked very well (one of the reasons for ditching the Samsung) It did take the first overnight after installation to really reach the set temperature, so if you decide to move forward with this unit, follow the literature and in short order, you'll be nice and cool in no time. We've only had the unit two months, but at this stage, would purchase again, and highly recommend.

My new refrigerator is great. I love the crushed ice dispenser on the door, so convenient. It is roomy and I love the shelves on the door. I can get 2 gallons of milk on the doors. The drawers are big and hold a good amount of veggies and fruit. The large flat draw at the bottom is great for lunch meat and cheeses. So far I am very satisfied.

I love all the features. There are so many shelves, I had to take one out, but that is definitely not a problem. Better to many than not enough. Both the fridge and freezer are VERY roomy. The only problem I had was the wait for a white fridge. It took 2 months, but I'm happy I waited and did not buy something else that came faster. It was worth the wait.

This refrigerator with a large capacity freezer, ice and fresh water source are perfect for our new build and for our family. We had a hard time finding a solid refrigerator this large and white and we are very pleased with this model. The deli drawer is perfect and convenient, The vegetable and fresh fruit bins are also sizable and hold a great deal of fresh produce. The side doors and shelves are adjustable and we were able to arrange them to suit our large items like milk jugs and juice bottles as well as smaller items like jams, jellies, butter and eggs. We are very pleased with this purchase!!!

It took time to figure out to arrange the items, but I have things positioned where I an get them without holding the door open for 20 minutes. I did discover the ice-cream does not keep cold enough in the big bin, but does very nicely in the upper draw. Perhaps you should mention this in your brochure. So far, this was a very good purchase
