I bought this range and also a Microwave for above. You cannot read what it says on the panels of either appliance even in a lit room. Ok Im 78 years old and dont see as well as I use to but now I have to carry a flashlight with me just to read the panels. Thses appliances were sure not made for seniors. JUNK

I got my new stove yesterday 3/14/2023 I was please but realized after they lest that there was no broiler pan and when I was cooking dinner that night I found it difficult o read the panel on the top of the stove. I called the dealer where I bought the stoveHallocks in Branford CT and was told LG no longer supplies the broiler pan. And he was aware of the fact that it was difficult to read the functions on the top of the stove. Something I should have been made aware of at the time of purchase. Not sure I will ever buy an LG product again.

We havent had a gas range for a long time. Great to have control of the heat. It has the Air Fryer built into the oven which I used the other day and it was also a great feature. I would recommend this range.

The gas range has a lot of nice features like the air fryer and the convection feature. Much more efficient than our last range.
the burners are great especially the 17 or 20000 BTU one. Gets a large pot of water boiling very quickly and great for searing things in a cast iron pan.
The big down fall is the grates and burner lids. They are porous and very difficult to get clean. The large lid on the big burner has already chipped and I had to order a new one. I got some spots on the grates that just wont come off. I soaded them scrubbed them and even used oven cleaner. Stains are still there. They did send a new one but not sure what good that will do if it gets stained. Seems they could have made a smooth surface. I dont think that the engineers/desingers actually use the range in testing.

At first I was thrilled with all of the features but 6 months into this I realized the product was junk. Let me start this off by saying: I did not use any harsh cleaners That being said the letters on the oven knobs started to come off. I was in disbelief and called customer service. They sent out a handy man who was obnoxious and immediately told me LG wouldnt cover this I then never heard from LG and I called them back. They said it wouldnt be covered due to cosmetic issues Cosmetic? This should last years It hasnt even lasted months It took me numerous calls and arguments to finally have someone send me the knobs free of charge. Ridiculous I will never buy a LG product ever again

I bought this oven over a year ago and in all honesty I dont really cook that often and I found the front panel writing next to each knob has worn off completely in under a year.
Had I taken the time to read all the negative reviews before I purchased I never would have bought it I called customer service and even went so far as to write to the president and was told that the products I used to clean the surface was the issue. I have only ever used stainless steel cleaner. I told them in no uncertain terms that it is a design flaw and they need to correct it before they continue selling this item. I hope people read this review and think twice before they purchase any LG item.

I purchased this oven a couple of weeks ago and the quality is excellent and feels far more solid than another brand beginning with Sam and ends with Sung. Its easy to clean the controls are simple to use and the performance of the oven excellent.

The range has everything a big kitchen needs in a tiny apartment space. Igor 3 months I smelled like it felt like gas to me but according to the technician was smelling heat. The wifi is a pain to add and the easy clean is not so easy. We all know how the auto clean works you have to leave the apt for a whole day to run that in any stove. If you touch the buttons with your body as youre cooking you risk turning on a burner because they push in super fast. Other than that I love the my range. If you have small kids I wouldnt recommend it because the buttons turn on so easily.

I got the stove about a month ago and I love that it heats up quick and I have my phone hooked up to it and it lets me know when it done preheating if Im in another part of the house. Havent tried the air fryer or convection option yet.

The stove and oven are great I love a gas stove. Some things definitely need to be updated. The back panel is not lit just the clock so each time you need to turn on oven timer light or start/finish you need to have a light nearby. Also wish the oven light could remain on for a longer time so it could be used for some heat to proof bread.

So I purchased this LG range because of the size of the oven and the features like the convection and air fry options. Not to mention its aesthetically nice being stainless steel. However nice doesnt always mean it works perfectlyso far the oven function is working great with one issue..the ceramic coating on the bottom of the oven has begun to burn through and Ive only used it 3 times..twice on the normal oven setting and once as the air fryer. The other issue happens to be the air fryer function which is a real joke and doesnt function as I was expecting. So in short if youre looking to replace an existing range with this one perhaps save a few dollars and steer clear of the added functions otherwise its a nice range that looks nice..but so far thats about all it is

We got a great deal when we bought this stove three months ago as part of LG stainless steel bundle including a microwave and dishwasher. The problem with the stove is the control panel is black and is difficult to read. Also the racks are very light weight.

Purchased for a new home sight unseen. Very happy with performance still getting used to convection oven havent used many of the features. Wish it came with air fry rack broiler pan but grateful it came with the griddle.

I purchased the range/oven 09/28/2022 and in spite of two attempts to repair it the oven door still doesnt work properly it keeps locking up. The repair company doesnt answer the phone. Ive had one successful chat with LG but still no remedy. Im so disappointed especially during the Holidays when I had no oven to bake in and a house full of out-of-state company. I WANT A REPLACEMENT ASAP Oh and I have an LG fridge which is five years old and the compressor had to be replaced last month. Needless to say I will not be buying any LG products ever again.

We purchased our LG oven 2 months ago. Oven works great. All burners except middle burner is good. Had defective middle burner...coating flaked off...had to have it replaced...took several weeks for new part. Wish you could increase the current time on the timer without having to start all over. Small bottom drawer. Still learning other new features like convection air fryer etc.

I purchased this range in early November and with all the holiday baking and meal prep it has really been put to use. I have utilized most of the oven features. The air fry option works well but does require some trial and error to determine the proper timing and temperature. The easy clean feature is wonderful. I have used it to keep my oven looking brand new even after all the baking and meal prep. The oven chamber heats up evenly which is important as I bake a lot of bread and cookies.

I wish the display had a light on it so at night when I want to use it I have to turn on the overhead kitchen light. I previously had a white microwave so no problem. Also there is no express buttons like my previous microwave. Hit the 2 and it automatically go for two minutes. I do like the soften and melt buttons. Never used that previously. Great when baking. Overall I like the performance and the style.

After only owning for a year the LED display does not work properly. After calling LG they said it is out of warenty and I would have to find an outside repair man. I also have a LG Micro wave and the same problem exists. What is up with that...... Not a Happy LG customer .

Overall we are very happy with the stove and would buy again. We did have to have a tech service the stove before we could even use it as there was a gas leak due to loose gas lines in the distribution box just above the gas regulator. Not sure how this slipped past QC but the leak was very obvious in smell and wouldnt have passed any pressure test.

I purchased this stove at the same time that I purchased a LG refrigerator. Although it has only been a few weeks of use I am trying to get use to the difference from my 1985 stove that this product replaced. Also I am trying to figure out the difference between convection or regular cooking in the final results of whatever I am cooking. I have been unable to try the air fry option due to the additional cost of the tray. Christmas is coming so I may find it under the tree as a gift from me to me.

Bought almost a month ago and let me tell you it does a lot. Between regular cooking modes convection and air fry also if the oven in running heat comes out the center under the control panel so place food to keep warm. Love the rings it does when oven is to temp and when timer goes off nice feature to have because the timer wont stop until you shut it off so no more burnt food in this loud house.
